Motion carried unanimously. <br />2 September 13th Primary Elections Require Later Start for Council Meeting <br />3 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to schedule the Council's September <br />4 13th meeting for 8:00 P.M. rather than 7:30 P.M. in compliance with the <br />5 state restrictions against public meetings being held before the polls <br />6 closed. <br />7 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />8 Contractor Allowed $3.497.09 Increase in Project Contract to Defray <br />9 Costs of Replacing Culverts Under St. Anthony Boulevard Roadway <br />10 Mr. Childs indicated the asbuilts for the roadway had not indicated the <br />11 presence of those culverts which were damaged and had to be replaced by <br />12 the contractor during construction. <br />13 Council Action <br />14 Motion by Marks, seconded by Sundland to authorize Change Order #1 for <br />15 the St. Anthony Boulevard Grading and Paving Project which would <br />16 increase the City's contract with the Ashbach Construction Company by <br />17 $3,497.09. <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 Work Session and Hearing Dates Scheduled for 1989 Budget <br />20 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to schedule a Council work session <br />21 on the 1989 Budget for 6:30 P.M., September 19th and the public hearing <br />22 on the budget to be held during the Council's regularly scheduled <br />23 September 27th meeting. <br />24 Motion carried unanimously. <br />25 Mission and Membership Established for St. Anthony Historical Committee <br />26 Mr. Childs indicated he perceived that guidelines for this organization <br />27 would be: <br />28 >have a specific place, like the Council Chambers, where the Com - <br />29 mittee can meet and collect historical data about the City; <br />30 >contact residents to see how many old photos could be found; <br />31 >archive and return all these; <br />32 >keep notes of all historical commentaries and video tape inter - <br />33 views with old timers; <br />Nag] <br />
