He confirmed that the new owners have indicated they <br />23 would be taking down the "ugly" roof sign on the building and would be <br />24 improving the overall appearance of the restaurant. <br />25 Central Park Wading Pool Closed Down for County Permit and Automatic <br />26 Chlorinator <br />27 Childs explained the reference to the above in the Staff Notes. He said <br />28 Hennepin County had just become aware of the pool's existence and had <br />29 informed the City that they were not in compliance with the County's <br />30 above regulations.
