I Councilmember Ranallo reminded Councilmember Enrooth that during the <br />2 budget considerations the Council had decided to stay with this <br />3 auditor for another year because Finance Director Johnson would be <br />4 retiring in the middle of the year and would be replaced by new <br />5 accounting personnel. However, there was also concurrence that the <br />6 City would go out for bids next year. <br />7 Council Action <br />8 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to authorize the signing of the <br />9 December 21, 1987 letter of understanding for Stuart J.
