GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. 11 <br /> 12 <br />A. Resolution 15-046 a Resolution Approving the Joint Powers Agreement with Columbia 13 <br />Heights for the Stinson Boulevard Project. Mark Casey, City Manager, presenting. 14 <br /> 15 <br />City Manager Casey presented a resolution approving the Joint Powers Agreement with the City 16 <br />of Columbia Heights for the Stinson Boulevard road reconstruction project. He stated that both 17 <br />City Councils are currently studying the feasibility of this project and the Joint Powers 18 <br />Agreement outlines the roles, responsibilities, cost allocations, administration, construction, and 19 <br />other work associated with the proposed project and Columbia Heights will pay St. Anthony 20 <br />95% of the estimated costs after the official bid is awarded. He advised that the feasibility report 21 <br />will come back to the City Council later this year. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Motion by Councilmember Brever, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to adopt Resolution 15-24 <br />046 a Resolution Approving the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Columbia Heights for 25 <br />the Stinson Boulevard Reconstruction. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Motion carried 4-0. 28 <br /> 29 <br />B. (Final Reading and 31 <br />Adoption) 32 <br /> 33 <br />City Manager Casey presented the Final Reading of the Ordinance amending the City Code to 34 <br />allow four on-sale liquor licenses. He advised that since the time of the First Reading, the City 35 <br />has received no calls or letters regarding the proposed Amendment. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Final Reading 38 <br />and Adopt Ordinance 2015-03 an Ordinance Amending Chapter 112 to Change the Number of 39 <br />On-Sale Liquor Licenses Allowed in the City. 40 <br />Motion carried 4-0. 41 <br /> 42 <br />C.
