GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. 11 12 A. Resolution 15-046 a Resolution Approving the Joint Powers Agreement with Columbia 13 Heights for the Stinson Boulevard Project. Mark Casey, City Manager, presenting. 14 15 City Manager Casey presented a resolution approving the Joint Powers Agreement with the City 16 of Columbia Heights for the Stinson Boulevard road reconstruction project. He stated that both 17 City Councils are currently studying the feasibility of this project and the Joint Powers 18 Agreement outlines the roles, responsibilities, cost allocations, administration, construction, and 19 other work associated with the proposed project and Columbia Heights will pay St. Anthony 20 95% of the estimated costs after the official bid is awarded. He advised that the feasibility report 21 will come back to the City Council later this year. 22 23 Motion by Councilmember Brever, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to adopt Resolution 15-24 046 a Resolution Approving the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Columbia Heights for 25 the Stinson Boulevard Reconstruction. 26 27 Motion carried 4-0. 28 29 B. Ordinance 2015-03 an Ordinance Amending Chapter 112.15 to allow 4 On-Sale Liquor 30 Licenses Within the City. Mark Casey, City Manager, presenting. (Final Reading and 31 Adoption) 32 33 City Manager Casey presented the Final Reading of the Ordinance amending the City Code to 34 allow four on-sale liquor licenses. He advised that since the time of the First Reading, the City 35 has received no calls or letters regarding the proposed Amendment. 36 37 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Final Reading 38 and Adopt Ordinance 2015-03 an Ordinance Amending Chapter 112 to Change the Number of 39 On-Sale Liquor Licenses Allowed in the City. 40 Motion carried 4-0. 41 42 C.
