Ordinance 2015 -06 an ordinance Approving CenturyLink Franchise Agreement and 15 <br />Findings of Fact. 16 <br /> 17 <br />City Manager Casey reviewed the second of three readings of an ordinance to approve the 18 <br />CenturyLink Franchise Agreement and Findings of Fact. The first reading was held at the 19 <br />November 10, 2015 St. Anthony City Council meeting. Since the first reading, the City has 20 <br />received no calls or written comments. 21 <br /> 22 <br />The third reading and adoption of the ordinance is scheduled for December 8, 2015. Following 23 <br />the adoption of the ordinance, the ordinance goes into effect upon publication in the St. Anthony 24 <br />Bulletin. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve Second 27 <br />Reading of Ordinance 2015-06 Approving CenturyLink Franchise Agreement granting a 28 <br />franchise to Qwest Broadband Services, Inc. DBA CenturyLink, to construct, operate, and 29 <br />maintain a cable communications system in the City of St. Anthony; setting forth conditions 30 <br />accompanying the grant of the franchise; providing for regulation and use of the system and the 31 <br />public rights-of-way in conjunction with the City’s right-of-way ordinance, if any, and 32 <br />prescribing penalties for the violation of the provisions herein. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Motion carried unanimously 35 <br /> 36 <br />B. Ordinance 2015-07 an ordinance Setting Sewer, Water and Storm Water Charges for 37 <br />2016. 38 <br /> 39 <br />City Manager Casey reviewed the second of three readings of an ordinance Setting Sewer, Water 40 <br />and Storm Water Charges for 2016. The first reading was held at the November 10, 2015 St. 41 <br />Anthony City Council meeting.
