Resolution 15-079 a Resolution Approving the 2016 Fee Schedule. 18 <br /> 19 <br />City Manager Mark Casey stated staff has reviewed the 2016 Fee Schedule and recommends the 20 <br />changes, which include: 21 <br />• Increase the per hour inspectors fee to be in line with our new joint building inspections 22 <br />program with the City of New Brighton 23 <br />• Estimated actual staff spend inspecting swimming pools, driveway/sidewalk, fences, gas 24 <br />stations 25 <br />• Increase fee and created an escrow or land use appeals 26 <br />• Creation of fee for preparation of delinquent utility assessment notification 27 <br />• Increase sewer and water connection charges 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mayor Faust noted recently delinquent water and sewer assessments were done. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve Resolution 32 <br />15-079; a Resolution Approving the 2016 fee schedule. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Motion carried unanimously 35 <br /> 36 <br />F.
