13. Termination of Agreement. Any party may terminate its participation • <br /> under this- agreement-.-.by giving'.:30 .• days . written notice of .intent - to <br /> terminate, directed to- the 'att-ention of the remaining parties, respective <br /> fire chiefs. The terminating party agrees to pay all costs and expenses <br /> allocated to it' under- this agreement up to the effective date of <br /> termination.' The terminating party has no right to reimbursement for its <br /> share of costs 'under this' agreement and waives any and all rights to <br /> property acquired for the HMRV. <br /> 14.
