Outside of
Minnesota, a distinctive "wrap" that markets a special Celebrate Minnesota 1990 edition of
the Minnesota Explorer will be created to accompany Minnesota's image spots. The 60
second spot will offer a tollfree number to call to get a free copy of the Minnesota Explorer.
The spot will show in a marketing area that includes: Iowa, North and South Dakota,
Wisconsin, Nebraska, Missouri and Indiana.
