The roof system appears to be in generally good <br /> condition with only isolated spots where water <br /> leakage may have occurred. <br /> 3 . The HVAC system shows substantial corrosion and <br /> will need replacement. <br /> 4 . The Architect's report presents deficiencies <br /> observed during his review of the building. <br /> Mobil Service Station Building: <br /> The Service station - is of standard construction using <br /> masonry block walls and a flat roof supported by wood <br /> roof joists. The roof system is a standard pitch and <br /> gravel system. A flammable waste trap exists in the <br /> building and is vented to the outside. The building has <br /> been closed due to contaminated soil on site from the <br /> fuel storage tanks. <br /> 1. The Architect's report presents deficiencies <br /> observed in the building. <br /> 2 . No structural framing deficiencies were noted. <br /> 3 . No areas of water penetration on the inside of the <br /> building were noted. Some efflorescence was noted <br /> on the outside of the west wall which may indicate <br /> water penetration into the block. <br /> 4 . Repaving of the area around the building will be <br /> required. <br /> Renovation Work <br /> The following is a tabulation of the renovation work which <br /> UEI has determined is required at each building. <br />
