♦ Observations: <br /> • Exterior walls needs to be <br /> cleaned,painted and possibly <br /> tuck pointed <br /> • Noticeable cracks on the <br /> Southeast comer(near rear <br /> entrance)needs repair <br /> • A 2'diameter opening in the <br /> South wall,probably for <br /> exhaust fan.Currently this <br /> opening is not in use and is <br /> covered with plexi glass <br /> • Front brick wall needs cleaning <br /> • Need to maintain the existing bent downspouts and provide missing splash <br /> blocks at the discharge <br /> ♦ Observation regarding conversion to Teen Center: <br /> • There is a lack of windows and daylight in the building <br /> • It will be required to have another exit door from upper level of the building to <br /> i meet the egress requirements.This door must exit out from the upper level to <br /> meet the accessibility requirements <br /> • Need to clean,paint and maintain the exterior walls <br /> • Repair all the cracks in the exterior wall <br /> E.
