Floors(Upper level): <br /> • Poured concrete topping on <br /> _ the pre-cast concrete <br /> channels;unpainted <br /> • Floor is in 3 different <br /> elevations,with 4"to 6" <br /> drop in each elevation <br /> • An 8' wide and 4"drop <br /> along the south wall is in <br /> the floor—currently <br /> covered with wood sheets to match the elevation with the rest of the floor <br /> • Some visible cracks in the concrete topping at upper level floor—overall <br /> floor condition is good <br /> Floors(Lower level): <br /> • Un-painted concrete slab on <br /> grade <br /> • There is 4"dropped floor <br /> along the south wall,in <br /> front of the overhead door, <br /> and is currently covered <br /> with the wood planks to <br /> match up the level with <br /> the rest of the floor <br /> • Evidence of some <br /> modification attempt to saw <br /> cut the pre-cast concrete <br /> channel beam at the lower level. Cuts were cut and are visible from lower <br /> level although no visible impact on the structure of the beams <br /> Restrooms: <br /> • There are two restrooms on the upper level.Only one toilet is in <br /> working condition <br /> • No toilets at the lower level <br /> • Toilets are not HC accessible <br /> ♦ Observations: <br /> • Upper level ceiling tiles are in <br /> very poor condition <br /> • South and East CMU exterior <br /> walls have some signs of <br /> moisture on the inside <br /> • Some major cracks in the CMU <br /> partition walls near the rear <br /> stairs <br /> • Office space is being shared <br /> with a furnace room in the front <br /> of the building <br /> • Very little daylight in the building—primarily it is all fluorescent lighting <br /> • Only one toilet on upper level is working.Not all the toilets are in working <br /> condition and are missing accessories <br /> 8 <br />
