The glycol is a <br /> hazardous waste, which must be recycled. No salvage value. <br /> 13. plumbing— toilets are on the second floor. Gas-fired water heater in the ■ <br /> second floor mechanical room. No hazardous waste, no salvage value. <br /> 14. Heating— circulated hot water from gas-fired boilers in the basement. The <br /> old boilers are in place as well as some of the old piping. This old <br /> equipment appears to have old type insulation,which may contain asbestos. <br /> Boilers are also located in a mechanical room on the second floor. The new <br /> boilers and piping contain no hazardous waste. None of the boilers have <br /> any salvage value. <br /> 15. Ventilating and air conditioning— the first floor is served from rooftop units. ■ <br /> The second floor is served from a package unit in the second floor <br /> mechanical room. These units have no salvage value. The roof-mounted <br /> cooling tower has no salvage value. The cooling tower may contain asbestos <br /> baffles and fill.
