V. ELECTRICAL DESCRIPTION The following information summarizes electrical existing conditions and observations during a site walk through on Tuesday, December 12, 2000. Please note that not all areas of the building were observed. .Jim Monk, the building engineer for Apache Plaza, provided the tour and answered questions. The areas of the mall are listed in the order in which they were observed. Basement Level— Old Bowling Alley Lighting- 2x4, recessed, fluorescent troffer fixtures with (2) 4' lamps above bowling areas 4', surface, fluorescent strip fixtures with 4' lamps on soffits above lanes 4', surface, fluorescent wraparound fixtures with (2) 4' lamps in circulation area incandescent recessed can fixtures in circulation area ■ "bug-eye" fixtures for emergency lighting exit lighting along egress pathways Power- (1) 400A, 208/120V GE panelboard (1) 400A, 240/120V GE panelboard (1) 225A, 208/120V GE panelboard (2) 100A, 208/120V GE panelboards Basement Level—M&E Equipment Rooms (East of old Bowling Alley) Power- Utility transformer vault along east-side of building ■ (1) 2000A, 480/277V GE switchboard in area main electrical room (1) 1200A, 208/120V GE switchboard in area main electrical room (1) 1000A, 208/120V GE switchboard in air handling unit/chiller room (1) 400A, 240/120V GE panelboard in boiler room Systems- .
