Xcel Energy (NSP) owns some of the primary distribution equipment and would most likely
absorb any demolition costs associated with that equipment. ❑
2. General Electric power distribution equipment including switchboards and panelboards is
outdated and would return minimal salvage value during demolition. ❑
3. Oil-filled transformers in southeast, second floor electrical vault contains PCB's and disposal
fees for hazardous material would need to be included in demolition costs. ❑
4. Existing fluorescent lamps would need to be recycled as part of demolition costs. ❑
5. Existing emergency exit and egress fixtures are outdated and would not return any demolition
salvage value. ❑
El
0
0
O
16 ❑
