-2- <br /> • (6) The last management consultant to be interviewed for the Kenzie <br /> Terrace H.R.A. project (Northwest Associated Consultants , Inc. ) <br /> will be present at 7 :00 P.M. <br /> Ray Nelson will proceed with the purchase of a wide-screen video <br /> television system for the Stonehouse . <br /> Lee Entner has sent out a memo regarding the procedures which will be <br /> used in the event of severe weather. He felt this was necessary <br /> because the warning siren at 35th and Silver Lake Road is still <br /> inoperable. The siren has been sent to be repaired. <br /> There was another lengthy discussion on the City' s branch chipping <br /> program. The program will be a week to two weeks behind because it <br /> appears that a resident included a piece of iron with his branches <br /> and as a consequence the entire - drum and bearing structure was <br /> damaged severely (:about $1,000 to repair) . Staff proposes that the <br /> branch program not be budgeted for in 1983 . <br /> Mr. Childs reminded staff that at the Christmas party interest was <br /> expressed to have a City staff picnic this summer. A June 27th date <br /> was tentatively agreed upon and plans will proceed. He would also <br /> like to begin acknowledging years of- service City personnel have <br /> accomplished (:5 , 10 , 15, 20 , 25 , etc. ) . <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11:15 A.M. <br /> cjk <br /> • <br />
