During this time , we have seen a <br /> gradual rise in contamination of Well #3 to an average of <br /> 12 ppb, 1 , 1 , 2 Trichloroethylene and various levels of other <br /> VOC' s . well *4 has not shown increases in levels , but, in <br /> fact has fluctuate& up and down as shown on the attached <br /> charts . <br /> Because your agency is responsible for municipal water <br /> supplies in terms of quality and safety, we turn to you with <br /> a fairly direct question : Can these wells be considered a reliable <br /> source of municipal water supply? <br /> We are aware that whatever the answer to the above question, <br /> additional questions will be generated.
