3.345(3) Driving and Parkins Areas: The owner of any building shall be responsible for <br /> providing and maintaining parking area and driveways for the occupants of the <br /> • building and other patrons. <br /> 3.345'(4) Fences and Accessory Buildings: All fences or accessory buildings supplied by <br /> the owner or agent on the premises shall be the responsibility of said owner or <br /> agent. Those fences or accessory buildings caused to be erected by an occupant <br /> on the premises shall be the responsibility of said occupant, except that when an <br /> occupant has vacated a premise his responsibility shall revert to the owner. <br /> 3.345 (5) Landscaping in Yards and Setbacks: The owner of any building shall be <br /> responsible for providing and maintaining landscaping in all yards and/or setbacks <br /> and all areas not designated for buildings, circulation, parking or storage on the <br /> premises. <br /> 3.345 (6) Storms. Screen Doors and Windows: The owner of a rental dwelling unit shall <br /> be responsible for providing and hanging all screens and storm doors and storm <br /> windows. <br /> 3.345(7) Sign and Architectural Lighting: The occupant of a non-residential facility shall <br /> be responsible for providing and maintaining fixtures to control glare from sign <br /> and architectural lighting on any adjoining residential zone or public street as <br /> prescribed in the New Hope Zoning Code. <br /> 3.345 (8) Maintenance of Signs The occupant of a non-residential facility shall be <br /> responsible for signs pertaining to or located on premises that he occupies and <br /> controls. The owner of a non- residential facility with mixed or multiple <br /> • occupancy shall be responsible for signs located on common areas or pertaining <br /> to the general premises. <br /> 3.346 Rodent and Vermin Control. <br /> 3.346 (l) Rodent Harborages in Occupied Areas: It shall be the responsibility of every <br /> occupant of a structure or portion.thereof to prevent the formation of rodent <br /> harborages in or about the premises that he occupies or controls. It shall further <br /> be the responsibility of said occupant to prevent the placement or accumulation <br /> of materials that may serve as food for rodents in a site accessible to rodents in <br /> these areas. <br /> 3.346(2) Rodent Harborages in Public Areas: It shall be the responsibility of every owner <br /> of a building containing two or more occupancies to prevent the formation of <br /> rodent harborages in or about the common area of the building or its premises. <br /> It shall further be the responsibility of said owner to prevent the placement or <br /> accumulation of materials that may serve as food for rodents in a site accessible <br /> to rodents in these areas. . <br /> 3.346(3) Pest Extermination: Every occupant of a building containing a single occupancy _ <br /> shall be responsible for the extermination of vermin infestations and/or rodents <br /> on the premises. Every occupant of a building containing more than one <br /> occupancy shall be responsible for such extermination whenever his portion of the <br /> building is the only one infested. Notwithstanding,however,whenever infestation <br /> is caused by the failure of the owner to maintain a building or portion thereof in _ <br /> • a reasonable rodent-proof or reasonable vermin-proof condition, extermination <br /> shall be the responsibility of the owner.
