Gas or electric appliances designed <br /> primarily for cooking or water heating purposes shall not be considered as heating <br /> facilities within the meaning of this section. No owner or occupant shall install, operate, or use a <br /> space heater employing a.flame that is not vented outside the structure in an <br /> approved manner. - <br /> 3.351 (3) Minimum Electrical Standards: Supplied electrical service, functioning <br /> over-current protection devices, electric outlets, and electric fixtures shall be <br /> properly installed and maintained in good and safe working conditions, and shall <br /> be connected to a source of electric power in a manner prescribed by the New <br /> Hope Building Code and by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
