Copies of contractor daily reports, change orders, <br /> -laboratory/monitoring data, and appropriate documents <br /> of concern. <br /> 4.8 The City shall perform the following tasks upon the Project <br /> Manager's Notice to Proceed for each. <br /> Task 1. Rehabilitation of City Well 3 <br /> The City shall provide the State with an evaluation and <br /> justification for extent of rehabilitation required for long-term <br /> performance of Well 3. Upon approval of the Work Plan by the <br /> Project Manager, the City shall subcontract the rehabilitation of <br /> City well 3 at a cost not to exceed the following: <br /> City labor and reimbursable costs $ 4,600 <br /> Subcontract <br /> Normal Repair 21 ,360 <br /> New Motor & Controls (potential ) 14,100 <br /> Bowl. Replacement (potential ) 10,600 <br /> Total $56,666- <br /> Well 3 shall be in sufficient operational condition at the <br /> completion of the work to begin normal pumping for the City water <br /> supply and treatment on long-term basis. <br /> Task 2. Pipeline Easements <br /> The City shall obtain- appropriate legal easements from all <br /> property owners .affected for the installation and maintenance of <br /> the pipeline. The City shall subcontract the easement legal work <br /> at a cost' not to exceed the following: <br /> Subcontract: <br /> Title search and legal description $2,000 <br /> City labor and reimbursable costs 1,000 <br /> $3,UUO <br />
