Subd. 7 Issuance to Applicant Only. Any license issued under this Section <br /> will be issued to the applicant only, and only for the premises described in the <br /> application. The license is not transferable to another person or to other <br /> premises. <br /> Subd. 8 Manufacturer. No manufacturer of beer, nor any affiliated company, <br /> may be licensed to sell beer. A manufacturer of beer may, without a license, <br /> sell beer to licensed dealers holding either "on-sale" or 'off-sale" licenses, <br /> and may sell and deliver the same in quantities of not less than two gallons <br /> directly to consumers at their homes. <br /> Subd. 9 Term. All licenses for the sale of beer are issued for a period of one <br /> year. However, for the purpose of coordinating the time of expiration of all <br /> such licenses in the City, licenses may be issued for a shorter time to expire at <br /> a given time of the year, in which case a pro rata fee will be charged. <br /> Subd. 10. All licensees must provide the City with proof of compliance by the <br /> applicant with the liability insurance requirements of Minn. Stat. §340A.409. <br /> 1000.07 Minors. A violation of Minn. Stat. §340A.503 pertaining to persons under <br /> 21 years of age will be deemed a violation of this Code with respect to either beer or <br /> intoxicating liquor. <br /> 1000.08 Hours of Operation. No beer maybe: <br /> (a) sold between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of Monday <br /> through Saturday, inclusive; <br /> (b) sold on Sunday between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon; <br /> (c) sold between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of any <br /> state-wide election. <br /> (d) served, consumed, or available for consumption, at the licensed premises <br /> when sale is prohibited under this Section. <br /> 1000.09 Clubs. No club may sell beer to persons other than members or guests in <br /> the company of members. <br /> 1000.10 Revocation. Any license granted under this Section may be suspended or. <br /> revoked by the Council in the manner provided in Section 1000.06, Subd. 4. Any <br /> violation of Section 1000, or any falsification of a statement in the application, will <br /> 10-3 <br />
