CHAPTER 11. PENAL REGULATIONS Section 1100 - CEMETERIES AND BURIAL 1100.01 Consent of Council. No new cemetery or place for burial of the dead may be established or set apart within the City, and no existing cemetery may be enlarged or extended, without the consent of the Council. 1100.02 Permits for Interment. No permit may be issued for the interment of any dead body, except in a cemetery now existing or duly established with approval of the Council. Section 1105 - CURFEW 1105.01 Persons Under 16 Years of Age. It is unlawful for any person under 16 years of age to be present at any public street, alley, park, or other public place, or other unsupervised place in the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. of any day and 6:00 a.m. of the following day. Subd. 1. Exceptions. This Section does not apply to a person accompanied by his or her parent, guardian,or other adult having the authorized care and custody of the minor or when the minor is on an emergency errand or is • proceeding directly, without loitering or idling, to or from a school or community function or business directed by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult having.authorized care and custody. Subd. 2. Prima Facie Evidence. The fact that a person under 16 years of age unaccompanied by parent or other adult having authorized care and custody is found at a public place within the City after 10:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m. of the following day is prima facie evidence the person is there unlawfully. 1105.02 ResRonsibility of Parents. It is unlawful for the parent, guardian, or other person having custody of a child to permit the child to violate any provision of this Section. SECTION 1110 - WEAPONS 1110.01 Wea on: means any of the following: (a) Any firearm, including any device from which is propelled any missile, projectile, or bullet by means of explosives, gas, compressed air, springs, or elastic material, including air and "BB" guns. 11-1
