APPLICATION FOR PERMIT: Every application for a sign permit <br /> 14 must be accompanied by a plan or plans drawn to scale and including: <br /> 15 (1) The dimensions of the sign and where a pp licable the dimensions of • <br /> 16 the wall surface of the building to which it is to be attached. <br /> 17 (2) The maximum and minimum height of the sign. <br /> 18 (3) The proposed location of the sign in relation to the face of the building <br /> 19 in front of which or above which it is to be erected. <br /> 20 (4) The proposed location of the sign in relation to the boundaries of the <br /> 21 lot upon which it is to be situated. <br /> 22 (5) If the sign is to be illuminated, the technical means by which this is to <br /> 23 be accomplished and the hours of illumination. <br /> 24 (6) Where the sign is to be attached to any existing building, a diagram or <br /> 25 photograph of the face of the building to which the sign is to be <br /> 26 attached. <br /> 27 (7) The name and address of the owner of the sign and the address of the <br /> 28 property where the sign is located. <br /> 29 (3) Where a ground level sign is proposed with berming, a diagram <br />
