Site Engineering and Design Development <br /> Translate conceptual playing fields, trails, playground, parking lots, performance arts area <br /> etc., to accurately fit into site survey/base map. <br /> Attend monthly Parks Commission meetings to facilitate design review sessions and assist <br /> in temporary athletic field reassignment/organization discussions during the design and <br /> cost estimating process (approximately 3 months). <br /> Prepare preliminary site grading plan for the parking lot modifications, sled hill, playing <br /> fields, north play ground modifications and other park improvements. <br /> Prepare drawings for decorative fencing, walkways and landscaping. Water Tower Park <br /> design elements will be used as a starting point for the design of these and other park <br /> . elements. <br /> Prepare refined site development cost estimate. <br /> Prepare a Construction Sequencing Plan depicting the order of events for the various park <br /> improvements. <br /> Refine design and prepare colored plans and cross sections graphics for depiction of design <br /> development efforts and present to the City at a special community meeting/Central Park <br /> open house. <br /> Task III. Final Phase Two Park Construction Documents <br /> Refine Phase Two park plans based upon comments, suggestions, etc. <br /> Prepare construction documents for Phase Two: Layout plans, planting plans, electrical <br /> plans, grading and drainage plans, utility plan, cross sections &profiles, details, <br /> specifications, bid form and engineer's estimate.
