I will be available at the September 25th meeting to present the <br /> report and discuss these issues with you. <br /> V. Wellhead Protection Plan <br /> Phase I of the Wellhead Protection Plan is ongoing. The initial process of collecting <br /> data has included meetings with the Twin Cities Army Ammunition plant regarding <br /> the groundwater contamination present within the City of St. Anthony and any <br /> studies that have been completed by the Army in and around the City of St. Anthony. <br /> In addition, a meeting will be held on August 23`d with Ramsey County to discuss <br /> information available for the completion of the Wellhead Protection Plan and what <br /> role Ramsey County will play in the final preparation of this plan. <br /> VI. Silver Point Park <br /> To prepare the park for the future Silver Point Park building, and to address some <br /> issues within the hockey and skating areas, it is proposed that grading of Silver Point <br /> Park be completed yet this fall. In working with City staff a preliminary plan will be <br /> developed for the Silver Point Park grading and presented to the Park Commission at <br /> their September meeting, and an estimate to complete the work will be solicited from <br /> contractors. <br /> VII. Sanitary Sewer I&I Education Program <br /> The first education mailer and public information meeting was held in July. The <br /> next area to receive the I&I information is anticipated to be the area north of 29`h <br /> Avenue to 35`h Avenue from Stinson Boulevard on the west to Silver Lake Road on <br /> the east. A mailing to each resident describing the problems and proposed solutions <br /> for removing sump pumps and draintile from the sanitary sewer will be sent <br /> September 10`h.
