ANTHONY . <br /> RESOLUTION 01-082 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SURVEY <br /> RESEARCH PROPOSAL <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires to assess the attitudes and opinions <br /> of St. Anthony residents on the community's quality of life; potential referendum issues; <br /> and, on the changing City demographics; and <br /> WHEREAS, a proposal to survey residents regarding the above-stated items was submitted by <br /> Decision Resources, Ltd. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> ® approves the proposal to perform such a survey from Decision Resources, Ltd. at an initial cost of <br /> $9,700.00, and, $125.00 for additional question items beyond the initial allotment. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2001. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
