She <br /> asked whether the City had insurance to cover liability in case some- <br /> one should be injured during such an event. <br /> Councilman Enrooth commented that, given the fact that people sue at <br /> any provocation at all, '-there ' is always the potentiality for a law- <br /> suit, but not necessarily- for liability for the City.
