. Section 405 - CONNECTION TO ROSEVILLE SANITARY SEWER <br /> 405 . 01 Acceptance of St . Paul and Roseville Ordinances . The <br /> City does hereby accept and agree to abide by all the <br /> provisions , terms and conditions set forth in Ordinance No . <br /> 10725 of the City of Saint Paul , as amended, and as the same <br /> may be amended in the future, and does further accept and agree <br /> to abide by all the provisions , terms and conditions contained <br /> and set forth in Ordinance No . 298 of the City of Roseville, <br /> which Ordinance was passed by the City of Roseville on the 7th <br /> day of June, 1960 . <br /> ( ** Note to City: Do you want the total ordinance included in <br /> the appendix? If so, we can also cite to the appendix here. **) <br /> (A portion of Ordinance No . 53 , adopted June 23 , 1960, <br /> included as Section 420 . 01 in "The 1968 Code of Ordinances <br /> of the City of St . Anthony, " is shown here for reference <br /> and information only. ) <br /> Section 410 - WATER SYSTEM <br /> 410 . 01 Separate Connections . Every building other than an <br /> accessory building must have a separate water service <br /> connection which meets the requirements of State law, this Code <br /> and the City' s Water Department . A hook-up charge in the <br /> • amount as set forth in Chapter 6 must be paid before water <br /> service is connected . <br /> 410 . 02 Account Name and Liability. Applications for water <br /> service are to be made on forms provided by the Clerk. All <br /> accounts will be carried in the name of the owner of the <br /> property served or the owner ' s lessee who personally, or by an <br /> authorized agent , applies for such service . In all cases , <br /> including those where application for water service is made by <br /> a lessee, the property owner will be liable for water service. <br /> 410 . 03 Rates and Charges . Rates , charges and prepayments for <br /> water use and service will be in the amounts set forth in <br /> Chapter 6 of this Code . <br /> 410 . 04 Meters . Meters meeting City specifications shall be <br /> purchased and maintained by the property owner at the owner ' s <br /> expense . Customers shall provide a suitable place where a <br /> meter can be installed . City employees have the authority to <br /> enter upon premises served by City water at any reasonable hour <br /> for the purposes of reading , inspection or repair of meters and <br /> for turning service on or off . Tampering with meters is <br /> prohibited . <br /> • 4-4 <br />
