47 <br /> separate, non-contiguous licensed premises, even if owned and operated by the same <br /> licensee. <br /> 580.07. Term of License; Renewal. <br /> A. Term of License. The annual license shall be effective for one (1) year from <br /> the date of approval. <br /> B. Renewal. An application for the renewal of an existing license shall be made <br /> prior to the expiration date of the license and shall be made in such form as the City <br /> requires. Renewal applications shall be submitted at least sixty (60) days but not more <br /> than one hundred and fifty (150) days before expiration of the license. If, in the judgment <br /> of the City Council, good and sufficient cause for the applicant's failure to apply for a <br /> renewal within the time provided is shown, the City Council may, if the other provisions <br /> of this Section are complied with, grant the license. <br /> 580.08. Persons Ineligible for a License. <br /> The following restrictions apply to any applicant who is a natural person, a <br /> general partner if the applicant is a partnership, or a corporate officer if the applicant is a <br /> corporation. No license shall be granted to: <br /> A. Any person who is a minor at the time the application is filed. <br /> B. Any person who is not of good moral character or repute. <br /> C. Is not the real party in interest in the business being licensed. <br /> D. Any person who has knowingly falsified or misrepresented information on <br /> the license application. <br /> E. Any person who owes taxes or assessments to the State, County, School <br /> District, or City that are due and delinquent. <br /> F. Any person who has been convicted of any crime directly related to the <br /> occupation licensed as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, Section 364.03, Subdivision 2, <br /> and has not shown competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation and present fitness to <br /> perform the duties of a Fireworks Dealer as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, Section <br /> 364.03, Subdivision 3. <br /> 580.09. Locations Ineligible for a License. <br /> The following locations shall be ineligible for a license under this Section: <br /> A. Claims Due. No license shall be granted or renewed for operation on any <br /> property on which taxes, assessments, or other financial claims of the State, County, <br /> School District, or City are due, delinquent, or unpaid.
