Certification of Assessments to Seven City Property Taxes <br /> 9 (Resolutions No. 92-052 and 92-053 <br /> 10 <br /> 11 The public hearing was opened at 7 : 50 p.m. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 The City Manager advised that all property owners of <br /> 14 properties which have assessments received certified letters <br /> 15 regarding this public hearing. He noted that no phone calls <br /> 16 nor contact was received from any of these property owners . A <br /> 17 public hearing notice also appeared in the November 11 , 1992 <br /> 18 edition of the Bulletin . <br /> 19 <br /> 20 The City Manager noted that the house at 3316 Skycroft Circle <br /> 21 had been sold. He understood that the new owners were not <br /> .22 aware of the outstanding assessments . It was also noticed that <br /> 23 a new roof has been put on the house and a permit has not been <br /> 24 issued, <br /> 25 <br /> 26 The public hearing was closed at 7 : 55 p.m. <br /> 27 <br /> Councilmember Wagner corrected the word "bills" to "bill " in <br /> is the second par'agraph of Resolution No. 92-052 . <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve Resolution No. <br /> 32 92-052 , with the correction, which is a resolution certifying <br /> 33 charges to the Hennepin County Auditor to be levied against <br /> 34 certain properties for collection with the taxes payable in <br /> 35 1993 . <br /> 36 <br /> 37 motion carried unanimously <br /> 38 <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve Resolution No. <br /> 41 92-053 which is a resolution certifying charges to the Ramsey <br /> 42 County Auditor to be levied against certain properties for <br /> 43 collection with the taxes payable in 1.993 . <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 46 <br /> 47 9 .
