RESOLUTION 87-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION REALLOCATING -CDBG FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony deems it <br /> appropriate to attempt to fund - the Kenzie Terrace Pedestrian <br /> Signal Project as soon. as possible; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City attempted to complete funding of the Kenzie <br /> Terrace Pedestrian Signal Project through the Hennepin County <br /> CDBG Discretionary Fund and was .unsuccessful;. and <br /> WHEREAS, funds for the Housing Rehabilitation Program in St. <br /> Anthony have remained unexpended for several years. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE.
