He said the City <br /> 6 Bulletin has not been coming,to his neighborhood. <br /> 7 Tindra stated it is the Commission's responsibility to inform residents. She agreed with <br /> 8 Siggelkow, stating more time is needed to decide. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Motion by Siggelkow; second by Koehntop to decide on two or three options at the <br /> 11 September 14 Commission meeting and forward these to Council, proceeding then with <br /> 12 bidding out the excavation work. At this time,they ask the Council to look at the scaled <br /> 13 drawings alter September 14 in a special session with the Commission. These proposals <br /> 14 could then become published in the City Bulletin, requesting neighborhood input. A final <br /> . 15 decision will be made in late October, allowing the Commission to inform the public, <br /> 16 receive formal comments, and have a public hearing if necessary. <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 Morris asked for scaled drawings. Hubmer replied that once these are complete, he would <br /> 19 present them to the Commission. <br /> 20 Lambrecht asked if these bids would include landscaping. Hubmer replied that <br /> 21 landscaping would be included in the bids. <br /> 22 Lambrecht stated that in the July 1997 recommendations for landscaping, certain trees are <br /> 23 recommended to offer residents screening. She added that grade and soil conditions must <br /> 24 be considered. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 VL DISCUSSION OF WATER TOWER PARK AND OVERALL CENTRAL PARK <br /> 27 PLAN. <br /> 28 dindra asked the Commission if this issue should be tabled for the next meeting, due to <br /> 29 lack of time. Koehntop agreed, stating the plan is not due at this time. <br /> 30 No motion was made, but the Commission agreed to table the issue until September 14, <br /> 31 1998. <br /> 32 VII. OTHER HEMMSS. <br /> 33 Endra asked how school board meetings are conducted as far as audience participation. <br />
