At this time,they ask the Council to look at the scaled 13 drawings alter September 14 in a special session with the Commission. These proposals 14 could then become published in the City Bulletin, requesting neighborhood input. A final . 15 decision will be made in late October, allowing the Commission to inform the public, 16 receive formal comments, and have a public hearing if necessary. 17 Motion carried unanimously. 18 Morris asked for scaled drawings. Hubmer replied that once these are complete, he would 19 present them to the Commission. 20 Lambrecht asked if these bids would include landscaping. Hubmer replied that 21 landscaping would be included in the bids. 22 Lambrecht stated that in the July 1997 recommendations for landscaping, certain trees are 23 recommended to offer residents screening.
