The asking
price is 14.5 million dollars with earnest money of$250,000.
You may also be aware that the City of St. Anthony has placed a moratorium on new
construction, zoning changes and building permits on the site for one year. This went Into
effect on May 11, 1999. Further, the City of St. Anthony did approve obtaining an
appraisal for the bid at its highest and best use.
If you are still Interested in the property at this point, we would be glad to accept a
purchase proposal from you or your group.
I trust that this helps to clear up some of the confusion that may have existed. In our efforts
to sell the Silver Lake Camp K Conference Center. Our goal Is still to maximize the value
of the sale of the camp so that we can build a camp In Northern Minnesota for continued
use by those who are less privileged. Our purpose Is to continue to offer the high quality
experience that boys and girls have experienced for the last 77 years at Silver Lake Camp.
May God bless you.
Sincerely yours,
y
Robert E.
