Mayor Haik agreed-.that one ..unit should .be purchased <br /> and used .to demonstrate its .value. <br /> Motion -by Councilman Marks -and seconded by Mayor Haik to adopt the <br /> resolution which provides .for .a: budget transfer for the purchase of <br /> the Varda Stakeout Kit. - <br /> RESOLUTION 80-028 <br /> A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1980 BUDGET <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Marks and Haik- <br /> Nay: Ranallo, Letourneau .and Sundland <br /> • Motion denied. <br /> Motion by Councilman .Ranallo and .seconded by Councilman Letourneau <br /> to adopt .the resolution which .sets a .policy for the City regarding <br /> the use of the City' s voting machines. , <br /> RESOLUTION 80-029 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE -USE <br /> OF THE CITY'S VOTING .MACHINES <br /> Motion .carried unanimously. <br /> Motion .by Councilman-_Ranallo and seconded by Councilman .Marks to <br /> approve .the .request from ISD #282 for .the•.use of the City' s voting <br /> machines .on May. 20th as per the City' s policy regarding the use of <br /> the machines . <br /> Motion- carried unanimously. <br /> Motion .by Councilman Marks and seconded by -Councilman Sundland to <br /> approve the request from Construction and -General Laborer's Local No. <br /> 563 for the- use of the City'.s voting machines June 6th and 7th as per <br /> the City' s policy regarding- the .use .of the machines. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> • Aye: Marks, Sundland, Haik and Letourneau <br /> Abstention: Ranallo <br /> Motion carried. <br />
