ANTHONY Motion carried unanimously. The Council granted permission to the St. Anthony Kiwanis Club to hold their annual Peanut Day fund raiser in the City , Friday ,September 25 , 1981, and made an advance donation to Ted Gromek, the Kiwanis representative. Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded- by Councilman Marks to adopt Resolution 81-061. RESOLUTION 81-061 A .RESOLUTION AGREEING TO PARTICIPATE IN YEARS VIII, IX AND X OF THE CDBG PROGRAM Motion carried unanimously. In his September lst memorandum, Mr. Childs requested he be excluded from the Public Employees Retirement Association program, and, instead, be compensated for such contributions which he will invest in a retirement program for city managers which meets IRS requirements .
