A formal presentation of the plan will <br /> be made by the Manager in January. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Letourneau <br /> to adopt Resolution 81-075. <br /> RESOLUTION 81-075 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> MAPSI FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Councilman Ranallo recommended Larry Hamer should be compensated for <br /> the extra work he undertook during the .thirteen weeks he served as <br /> Acting City Manager. The meeting was recessed . from 9 :00 P.M. to <br /> 9 :10 P.M. while records for the period .when Mr. Fornell served in <br /> the same capacity were researched. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to <br /> authorize the payment of $1,000 , ona one-time basis , be made to <br /> Larry Hamer for the work and time he .devoted to serving as Acting <br /> City Manager while a new Manager was being hired. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Because residents seem to have the misconception that the City is <br /> going .to dispose of the debris which collected on their properties <br /> during a recent snow storm, Councilman Marks suggested staff should <br /> publicize the fact that the City is unable to pick up such materials <br /> from private properties and leaving branches , etc. on the curbs may <br /> interfere with snow removal on the streets. <br /> The delay in reconstructing the bridge over the railroad tracks on <br /> St. Anthony Boulevard was discussed, with the Manager saying he is <br /> investigating the criteria set for funding bridge projects . He told <br />
