9 <br /> • <br /> Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Enrooth, to waive the water <br /> connection inspection fee for the seven residents of Silver <br /> Lane west of Silver Lake Terrace. <br /> Motion carried unanimously <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Award Bid for Plumbing Work at Stonehouse <br /> Council Member Ranallo asked whether the bids were sealed or <br /> unsealed bids . Acting City Manager Var-derFeyden responded <br /> that they were sealed bids . City Attorney Soth stated that <br /> sealed bids should be taken for work which was anticipated to <br /> be $15, 000 and above. <br /> Council Action <br /> Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Makowske, that Delson Plumbing <br /> be awarded the bid to install the plumbing, drains, vents, <br /> etc . per plans and specifications for the restrooms and <br /> kitchen in the Apache Wells Bar and Grill for $14, 575. <br /> • Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Resolution 89-019 re: Minneapolis Park Board Assessments <br /> City Attorney Soth advised the Council that the question of <br /> the applicability of the agreement in case there ever is an <br /> assessment in the future was unresolved, although each side <br /> would be free to restate its position at that tire should the <br /> issue arise. He recommended the assessment dispute be <br /> settled, and the Council agreed that the settlement agreement <br /> reached, while not entirely satisfactory to the City, was the <br /> best that could be achieved. <br /> Council Action <br /> ?ioticn by iiakowske, seconded by Ranallo, to approve <br /> Resolution 89-019 authorizing the Mayor and ;,c-ing City <br /> Manager to execute the settlement agreement between the City <br /> of St . Anthony and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Feasibility Report on the Repair of Minnesota State Aid <br /> Streets in St. Anthony. ` <br /> Sidewalk Construction on the Horth Side of Kenzie Terrace <br /> Z _ �-. <br />
