Resolution No. 91-008; Approval of Hennepin County Recycling Grant <br /> 13 Applications <br /> 14i Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve Resolution No. - 91-008 <br /> 15 being a resolution approving submittal of the 1991 Hennepin County <br /> 16 grant application for municipal source separated recyclables. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 19 <br /> 20 B. Resolution No. 91-009; Ratification of 1991-1992 Firefighter Contract <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution No. 91-009 <br /> 22 being a resolution ratifying the 1991-1992 agreement between the City <br /> �3 and Teamsters Local No. 320, representing St. Anthony Fire Department <br /> 24 and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute the agreement <br /> • 25 on behalf of the City. <br /> 26 <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 28 <br /> �9 C. Resolution No. 91-010; Ratification of 1991-1992 Public Works Contract <br /> 30 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve Resolution No. 91-010 <br /> 31 being a resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute <br /> 32 the agreement between the City of St. Anthony and the International <br /> 33 Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49. <br /> 34 <br /> 5 The City Manager noted that both the contract for the Firefighters and <br /> 3for the Public Works employees were for two years, 1991 and 1992. The <br /> 35 <br /> 36 wage increase was for 4% and settling at this percentage avoided the <br /> 38 costs associated with negotiations and arbitration. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Mayor Ranallo thanked the City Manager for doing a good job on these <br /> 41 contracts. <br /> 42 <br /> 42 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 43 <br /> 44 <br /> LS D. Resolution No. 91-011 ; Approval of Sexual Harassment Policy. <br /> 46 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve Resolution No. 91-011 <br /> 47 being a resolution approving a policy regarding sexual harassment. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 The City Manager advised that there will be training session held on <br /> • 30 Tuesday, February 5th for all City personnel and a training session for <br /> City Councilmembers is scheduled for March 5th regarding the sexual <br /> harassment policy. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
