2. Swimming pools as regulated by Section 335 of this Code which also <br /> comply with the following: <br /> (a) No part of a swimming pool shall be located within 10 feet from the <br /> side yard lot line and 50 feet from the natural high water elevation of <br /> the lake as determined by the Minnesota Department of Natural <br /> Resources. <br /> (b) No swimming pool may be located in a front yard. <br /> (c) The filter unit, pump, heating unit and any other mechanical <br /> equipment must be at least 25 feet from any neighboring residential <br /> structure, at least 10 feet from any side yard lot line and at least 50 <br /> feet from the natural high water elevation of the lake. <br /> 3. Tennis Court. <br /> 4. Decorative landscaping features including but not limited to pools, arbors <br /> and terraces. <br /> 5. Lawn, garden, boat house and utility building. <br /> 6. Patios, covered and uncovered porches, gazebos and picnic shelters. <br /> Subdivision 5. Building Height, Lot Area, Bulk and Placement <br /> 1. Height-No dwelling hereafter erected or structurally altered shall exceed the <br /> lesser of two stories or 25 feet. <br /> 2. Area and Width-No dwelling shall be constructed or place on an interior lot <br /> less than 9,000 square feet in area, or less than 75 feet in width at the <br /> building setback line or on a corner lot less than 11,000 square feet in area <br /> or less than 90 feet in width at the building setback line. <br /> 3. Floor Area Ratio-The area ratio within the district shall not exceed 0.3. <br /> 4. Minimum Floor Area-Each dwelling must contain no less than the following <br /> minimum floor areas on the first floor: <br /> One story dwellings 1,100 sq. ft. <br /> One and one-half story dwellings 900 sq. ft. <br /> Two story dwellings 750 sq. ft. <br /> 5. Front Yard-The front yard must have a depth of at least 30 feet. <br /> 7 <br />
