6. Side Yards <br /> a. Each dwelling must have two side yards, each having a width of at <br /> least 5 feet and having a combined width of at least 15 feet. <br /> b. Any side yard adjacent to a street must be at least 30 feet in width. <br /> 7. Rear Yard <br /> a. The rear yard of any lot abutting the lake must be at least 75 feet <br /> from the natural high water elevation of the lake as determined by <br /> the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. <br /> b. The rear yard of any lot not abutting the lake must be at least 20% <br /> of the depth of the entire lot but in no case less than 25 feet. <br /> 8. All structures and detached accessory uses referred to in this Section must <br /> meet all setback requirements of this Section and have the approval of the <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> Subdivision 6. General Regulations <br /> Additional regulations are set forth in Section 12. <br /> Section 4. Effective Date.
