From 1961 <br /> to date,a few outlying buildings were constructed on the site,but overall the site's land use has <br /> remained unchanged for the past 34 years. <br /> Elevations on this level site range from 964 feet In the southeast corner of the site to 944 feet In the <br /> northeast corner. As shown on Exhibit the site is dominated by the Apache Plaza building, <br /> parking lot,and Tires Plus building:.An abandoned fitness center Is located directly north of the main <br /> Apache Plaza building. Only approximately 142,400 s.f.of pervious surface exists on the site,which <br /> predominantly Includes a few areas of mowed grass along the western portion of the property.
