The Council will examine the assessment roll submitted by the City <br /> Clerk, and if satisfactory, will call a public hearing and levy special assessments for <br /> any unpaid charges for the special street lighting in accordance with Minn. Stat. <br /> § 429.061. All such special assessments will be payable in a single installment, or <br /> such additional annual installments, not to exceed 10, as may be fixed by the <br /> .resolution approving'the special assessments, with.interest thereon at the rate fixed <br /> in the resolution approving'the special assessments, but not to exceed the highest <br /> rate allowed by law. <br /> 620.05 Other Ordinances and Remedies. The methods and remedies authorized by <br /> this Section 620 are in addition to any other methods or remedies available to the <br /> City by state statute or City ordinance. <br /> Section 625 STORM WATER FACILITIES <br /> 625.01 Charges for Storm Water Facilities. Property owners are responsible for all City charges <br /> levied for City services and for work performed by the City because the owner has <br /> failed to perform the work as required by this Code. If an owner fails to correct <br /> conditions which are in violation of any provisions of this Code after written notice <br /> by the City to do so, the City may correct the conditions and charge the owner the <br /> cost and expenses of doing so. <br /> _� 6-14 <br />
