5. St. Anthony and its Public Works Department shall • act as the coordinator for the Feasibility Study. 6. ' All costs of the Feasibility Study shall be paid equally by Roseville and St. Anthony. 7 . . If the Citys proceed with a storm sewer project, a new joint powers agreement, or a supplement to this agree- ment , will be executed to cover the allocation of costs of the project. 8 .
