We are advised that this work is being performed for both St. Anthony and Roseville, authority being embraced in an inter-municipal joint powers agreement with St. Anthony functioning as the contracting agency therefor. The specific area of study i�, Anthony Lane within the City of St. Anthony and the drainage area within Di nage District 8 W (from Roseville 1962 Master Plan for Storm Sewers) discharging into St. Anthony. The area in Roseville lies- generally east of the city of St. Anthony, north of County Road "C" and west of. Williams Pipeline Company -storage farm. This- area is also southeasterly of Mn/DOT T.H. 88. STORM DRAINAGE - JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT The proposed engineering services consist of the investigation and study of surface drainage, storm water detention ponding and storage and underground conveyance tributary to an existing storm sewer located in County Road "C". • The proposed storm water detention pond is to be located within the city of 3 200 HILLSBOROUGH OFFICE BLDG 2353 RICE STREET • S-.
