• Property in accordance with the PUD Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, there was submitted with the Application and <br /> placed on file with the City a drawing marked for identification <br /> by the applicant at the meeting of the .City Council on October <br /> 28 , 1980 showing the site-.plan for the Subject Property, parking, <br /> access, landscaping and other matters relating to development of <br /> the Subject Property under the Application (hereinafter called <br /> the "Drawing" ) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed-the Application, the <br /> Drawing., the applicants' presentation, and the recommendations <br /> of the Planning Commission of the City made after a public hear- <br /> ing in the matter held by the Planning Commission on October <br /> 21, 1980; <br /> �• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Application <br /> and Drawing as modified .by the following conditions, and subject <br /> to the following requirements, are hereby approved by the City <br /> Council as the Detailed Plan and the Final Plan for the Subject <br /> -Property under the .City' s PUD Ordinance: <br /> 1. The Subject. Property shall. be occupied by -a hair- <br /> styling business only, all in accordance with the <br /> Concept Plan, the Application and the Drawing. <br /> 2. All signage, landscaping, parking, street entries <br /> and other matters relating to development of the <br /> Subject Property shall be in accordance with the <br /> Concept Plan.,-the Application, the -Drawing, and <br /> • this Resolution. <br /> -2- <br />
