The requirements of the Concept Plan shall <br /> continue to apply to the remainder. of the PUD, <br /> and the development of the Subject Property <br /> herein authorized shallbe taken into account <br /> as a portion of the PUD in determining compli- <br /> ance- of <br /> ompli-ance of the remaining portion of the PUD with <br /> therequirements of the Concept Plan. <br /> 4 . The present structure on the Subject Property <br /> may be altered so long as all alterations are <br /> in compliance with the requirements of the <br /> Concept Plan, the Application and the Drawing. <br /> 5. The Subject Property shall be' landscaped in <br /> accordance with the Drawing. <br /> • 6 . A minimum of 12 off-street parking spaces will <br /> be provided and blacktopped on the Subject <br /> Property in accordance with the Drawing. <br /> 7 . Screening and a pedestrian barrier will be <br /> constructed in accordance with the Concept <br /> Plan and the Drawing. <br /> 8 . All utilities, will be placed underground in - <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Concept <br /> Plan. <br /> 9 .
