This benefit is experimental <br /> and subject- to EMPLOYER review of feasibility for continuance beyond <br /> this contract. <br /> ARTICLE XII -- FUNERAL LEAVE <br /> In the event of the death of any employee 's spouse or children, the <br /> employee will be granted three (3) days of funeral leave with pay. . <br /> In the event of the death of an employee's or his spouse ' s parents, <br /> grandparents, brothers and sisters, an employee will be granted one <br /> • (1) day's funeral leave with pay. <br /> ARTICLE XIII -- LEAVE OF ABSENCE <br /> Employees subpoenaed as witnesses, -or called and selected for jury <br /> duty shall receive their regular compensation less jury pay.
