Comprehensive Plan Update Task Force. <br /> 2 Chair Bergstrom presented a draft letter which will be forwarded to organizations <br /> 3 including the Chamber of Commerce(Commercial and Indust y), apaztmehi&Mets, Si, <br /> 4 Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Elmwood Evangelical Free Church, Nativity Lutheran <br /> 5 Church, Faith United Methodist Church, St. Anthony Kiwanis, and St:Anthoriy 'Lion's, <br /> 6 -He also presented a list of the identified members of the Task Force-as.of Dec'e ber i S; <br /> 7 1996.' <br /> 8 - There was Commission consensus that the draft letter prepared by Chair Bergstrom was <br /> 9 appropriate. It was also noted that Wednesday rights would be preferable for the Task <br /> 10 Force Meetings. <br /> 11 Chair Bergstrom reported he had met with Bill Weber who was supportive of the Task <br /> 12 Force Meetings. The target date for the fust Task Force Meeti o is ranuary 29, 1997; <br /> 13 Commissioner Franzese asked that updates to the City Code book be dated to avoid <br /> 14 confusion. <br /> 15 TX.
