Resolution 16-016; a resolution Approving Northeast Youth and Family Services 9 <br />Agreement - $3,746 10 <br /> 11 <br />Motion by Councilmember _Jenson, seconded by Councilmember_Brever, to approve the 12 <br />Consent Agenda items as presented. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Motion carried 4-0 15 <br /> 16 <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING – NONE. 17 <br /> 18 <br />V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF – NONE. 19 <br /> 20 <br />VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. 21 <br /> 22 <br />A. 2016 Planning Commission Work Plan 23 <br /> 24 <br />Planning Commission Chair Jim Gondorchin reviewed a draft of the St. Anthony Village 25 <br />Planning Commission 2016 Work Plan. Mr. Gondorchin reviewed the unique and typical duties 26 <br />of the Planning Commission. There are three new Planning Commissioners so training will be 27 <br />very important in 2016. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Councilmember Stille stated past plans have focused on two or three specific items such as solar, 30 <br />but this plan is different as there are no specific items. There will be two opportunities for 31 <br />residents to participate in meetings with the Planning Commission. Councilmembers Stille and 32 <br />Brever are participating in the Steering Committee. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Mayor Faust stated the Comprehensive Plan is voluminous and work will roll into 2017 also as it 35 <br />is not due until 2018. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve the 2016 38 <br />Planning Commission Work Plan as presented. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Motion carried 4-0 41 <br /> 42 <br />B. 2016 Parks Commission Work Plan 43 <br /> 44 <br />Parks Commission Chair Scott Bentz reviewed a draft of the St. Anthony Village Parks 45 <br />Commission 2016 Work Plan. He read the typical duties along with the 2016 items that the Parks 46 <br />Commission will focus on. He also reviewed the items that were worked on in 2015. 47 <br /> 48 <br />2
