AND <br /> ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Dougherty. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Springer <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The Mayor adjourned the meeting at 10:00 o'clock P.M. and reconvened at 10:10 <br /> o'clock P.M.
