... .• -4- <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Bailey. <br /> Voting on the Resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 66-078 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-078 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF DISTRICT #4 <br /> INTERNAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND PREPARATION OF FINAL <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS BY THE VILLAGE ENGINEER. <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor O'Connor. <br /> Voting on the Resolution; <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer <br /> Nay: Bailey, Sorenson <br /> • Resolution declared not adopted. <br /> The Village Attorney was directed to take whatever legal procedure as is <br /> necessary to enforce the connection of the Lowry Grove Trailer Park to the <br /> Village Water System. Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Council- <br /> man Dougherty it was moved that the Village Attorney be so authorized. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved that <br /> the Village Manager be authorized to advertise for bids for one police car, <br /> and two pick up trucks. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> After discussion, Mayor O'Connor moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty <br /> that the hockey lighting expense be paid from fund #475-54. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay; Springer <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> • Request for payment of change Order #1, Liquor Store remodeling job, was <br /> tabled for clarification of equipment charge. <br />
